In order to troubleshoot this further, we will have to look into your site setting to check if the plugin has been configured correctly. To protect your data privacy, I recommend working with the administrators in your school district who should be able to create a support case with the PowerSchool SIS support team on your behalf to look further into this issue.
Additionally, you would also want to reach out to your plugin vendor to check if the plugin is outdated and if it needs to be updated.
