Support for Padmin

Hello.  I work at SU and we have a Padmin account.  We have a daily feed file is sent overnight to load to peoplesoft.  The job failed and I used to email but it now says I have to use this portal but when register says I do not have case log  access.  Hoping I can get an IT contact to look into our error.
