Support Community is not helpful Right now

Support Community is not helpful Right now

Im the finance and hr manager of a school district and seem to have no access to any support communities/tickets/etc. It drives me nuts there is no phone number, email, anything to be able to contact support. We use powerschool, Unified Talent Records and Applicant tracking. I need access to your support pages and contacts.
