Has anyone used the Subsidekick app for job alerts for ArtieveErp. I was using it for notifications about substitute jobs. It was working perfectly but recently it logged me out of my atrieve account. Now, whenever I try to add my atrieve account to the app, I get an email with an authentication code from atrieve and it doesn’t let me add my account in the app. The problem is that the app doesn’t have an option to enter the authentication code. Thus, I am unable to add my atrieve account to the app.
Has anyone faced this issue?

Subsidekick is not a PowerSchool partner product (although they have listed PowerSchool Atrieve as a supported application on their app download). We have posted the following article due to our concern that end users have to provide their Atrieve credentials (username and password) to a third party company, in this case Subsidekick.
Your Atrieve credentials are stored on Subsidekick's systems and we have no insight into any security controls that are in place by that vendor. Providing user credentials and passwords to a company is a security risk for yourself and your district.Our recommendation is that you log into the Atrieve system to view jobs for your district.
If you still require the use of Subsidekick, then we recommend that you reach out to your District IT team for direction.
