Somehow my daughter was entered twice into my account. When the admin deleted one, something happened. I don't have access to her at all now. She's not listed, but when I try to add her, it says she's already associated with my account. Admin contacted their IT department, but nothing changed on my end. Any advice? Thanks!

To assist you with this issue you are facing with the student not appearing in PowerSchool Account, will have to run through the school district. We recommend reaching out to your kid's school district so that they can take a look at this further to identify the issue and connect with the PowerSchool Support team if needed.

I am having the same issue as I have 2 students and I am only able to see one of them in the system. I have reached out to the school, but have noted that the above discussion was in 2021, has there been any resolve to fix the issue? Is there a true PowerSchool technical support?
I'm having the same issue. I have two existing students on my parent portal and went to add a third student when I received the same error message "is already associated with my parent/guardian account".
The Parent Portal accounts are managed by the school. I recommend reaching out to your school district which should be able to assist you to make edits/additions to your account. If they have issues then they can connect with PowerSchool Support to look more into it.
