@kwillis8829 People are going to need waaaaaaay more to go on here....
I need to pull students info off of powerschool but I only need certain classes ! I am new to powerschool.
@kwillis8829 You can search *enrolled_in=[course number] or *enrolled_in=[course number.section] for specific sections. You can also go to the Teacher Schedules page, click on the enrollment number and make that section your selection of students. Once selected you can do a Quick Export of the fields you'd like.
Hello,
Can a search be created to find student enrolled in multiple course numbers? I am trying to search for students who are currently enrolled in one course along with student currently enrolled in another course. Is there a way to do this? I have tried in a Stored Search with a formula *currently_enrolled_in=OTH501;OTH302. and it only pulls the students enrolled in my OTH501 class.
Thank you,

Hi @jsonsiadek ,
Running the function:
*enrolled_in=SOC100;*enrolled_in=ENG100
would return kids enrolled in both SOC100 and ENG100.
Thank you for your response. This is not quite what I am looking for. How can I pull up students with either of the courses? For example if the student is only enrolled in one and another student is enrolled in the other.
Thank you for your help!

Hi @jsonsiadek
You'd be better off running a report for that sort of thing. The PSCB Custom Report Bundle available for free at Power Data Solutions has a ton of great reports. Be aware you must also get the Base Resources package to run it.
Ok, I do have PSCB Custom Reports. I did not see where to run it in there. Which category would I choose?
Thank you,

Hi @jsonsiadek
Take a look in the Scheduling (Current Year) Cluster. I ran the Students-Class Roster report and filtered for PE in Screenshot 2.
I have looked and I do not have the Scheduling (Current Year) Cluster, and I do have my Base Resources enabled in my plugins so I am not sure why it doesn't show?
