The school health coordinator posed the following concern/question:
Is it possible for health screening information to be made available to parents through the parent portal?
I was thinking that maybe there was a way for me to create a form using Ecollect. The health coordinator would input this information so the parent could see it in the parent portal. Are there currently fields in PS to capture this information?

There is an entire Health Screenings section in the Health module, but I'm not sure you'd be able to tie into that via ecollect since its kind of its own table. You may have to create your own custom fields in that regard, but it might be worth asking support for their thoughts on that.

I did not. We decided to table that discussion for this year, but now we are trying to find a way to do it. I think I am going to create a custom eCollect form like @GinaC2 mentioned. I am only going to give access to our nurses and parents. After the nurses fill in the information, they will have to notify the parent so they can view it.
