Student Enrollment error

I have a student that has a Class Schedule date of 8/16/22 but her Enrollment date is 8/25/22.  I have received an error.  When I went into the Transfer Info page to change the date, it is asking for an Exit code but the student is not leaving.  Please help, Thanks.

Unless you are transferring out the student, the system should not ask for an Exit Code. Would you please check if the exit date of the class is before or equal to the last day of school enrollment? Are you able to change the date using the Student field value?


If you have verified the above and still getting asked to enter the exit code, the setup might be incorrect. In that case, you would want to report this to your district's Technical Contact so they can have the PowerSchool Support team look into your system setup.
