S_NM_STU_X.SpEd_YN=Y

Fields: Title

Last_Name: Last Name

First_Name: First Name

Student_number: Student ID

Grade_Level: Current Grade

NM_EvaluationSpecialEducation: Evaluation Date

S_NM_STU_X.LastIEPDate: Last IEP Date

S_NM_STU_X.SpEdExitDate: Special Education Exit Date
