I am trying to adjust term grades on PowerTeacher Pro. When I log onto PowerTeacher Pro I get the message:
"Your session has timed out. Please click to refresh your session."
I cannot get onto PowerTeacher Pro at all. I have tried refreshing the browser, clearing my cache, etc.

This can happen if one or more of the sections where the teacher is the lead teacher has the wrong TeacherId or SchoolID.
We recommend you check that all the Sections have the correct TeacherID and SchoolID and correct any IDs that are incorrect.
