I need to export PowerSchool Scoresheets in the Excel/Sheets format for use in an external code project.
Currently when I do this using the Scoresheet Report feature, there are two pieces of information missing:
1.) "Collected Only" assignments either export as the value "Co" or "". However, I use flags like Late, Missing, and Absent in addition to Collected that I need to have show up on the report.
These values could display in the same assignment column, or an additional column per assignment just dedicated to flag values.
2.) Comments do not show up on the Scoresheet Report. These comments could show up as an additional column per assignment column that contains the text of the comment if there is one.
How can I add this data to the Scoresheet Report? If I cannot, what other method could I use for exporting this scoresheet data to an Excel/Sheets file? I'd be happy to make API calls or SQL queries instead if there was documentation as to where/how to direct those requests.
