I have a question and I apologize if it's confusing. We are a HS that uses Quarters/Semesters. However, for state reporting purposes they require a Final Year Grade so we call that term Y1. The instructions that were given to me seem like an awful lot of work so I didn't know if there was an easier way to do this without having to manually change a large amount of data. I'm sending a screenshot of the way I was currently told to do this process. Any help would be so appreciated!
@mtitcomb I am not sure what you are asking. Are you saying storing an extra Y1 grade is a lot of work? That process will take maybe 3 minutes.
If you are asking about the manual adjustment of credit, that can be done en masse via DDA fairly simply.
If you do not know what DDA is or how to access it, this is not the appropriate forum for talk that technical (or so everyone here keeps saying 🙂 )
