Running Eligibility Report for Groups

Hello, we are new to the PowerSchool grade book. I need to run reports for eligibility purposes for Fine Arts Students.

In Texas, all students must have a 70 or above average to participate in extracurricular activities. Is there a way to run a threshold report for all students on a team or group to see any average below 70? We want to run these reports daily to provide students with immediate intervention.

Hi @FineArtsDir

Currently, we do not have a report to pull out students who are eligible to have averaged below 70.

However, we recommend adding this as an enhancement request through the PowerSchool Ideas Portal, where users can submit their ideas directly to the Product team. It also allows you to review the idea for status updates as well as share the idea with other users to support it by voting.

To learn more about the Ideas Portal, we recommend reviewing the article on PowerSchool Ideas Portal FAQs

Kritis,

I am the District Athletic Director for a Elementary school district.  For our student athletes, we run eligibility reports once a week by hand.  Is there any way to run electronic eligibility reports for the student athletes by team?   I am new to Power Schools and at my last district we used Synergy and it was very easy to run eligibility reports.  Sincerely, John Renouard

Hi @jrenouard,

We do not have a way to run electronic eligibility reports for the student-athletes by the team either.  You could try creating an enterprise report. Please find more details here: Enterprise Reporting
