Is there a report for when and where empty rooms are available throughout the day?
Thanks for any help!

For this, we use a report from the PowerDataSolutions Custom Reports Bundle . If you do a quick google of PowerDataSolutions you'll should be able to find it. There are a ton or useful pre-made reports for a wide variety of things in PS. They are all plugins and while you need to install the Base Resources plugin, the rest you can install them as needed.

What is the name of the report/plugin? I have the Base Resources plugin installed.
You need to have the Base Resources installed, but you also need to download the individual report plugins all found on the site (at least for a little while longer) where you got the base resources.

Thanks for your reply! Yes, I have the other report bundles installed but not enabled. I didn't want to enable them all. I am not sure which one has the rooms report.
Gotcha, I just enabled all of them bc those reports are always the first place I look when someone asks me the inevitable 'Can we do this?' question...
The Room Reports are in PSCB Custom Reports - Scheduling (Current Year)

I found it - PSCB - Custom Reports (Schedule CY). One draw back is it does not seem to allow for excluding rooms that are not available because they are offices, storage etc. I guess I would need to remove these rooms from PowerSchool? On the PowerSchedule side there is a checkbox for "Use for Scheduling". But on the live side there isn't a similar setting for the report to use to exclude. Thanks for your help.
The only rooms I have in PowerSchool are rooms where kids can be taught so we don't have the same issue.
