Hi there! Is anyone using the Reports in Applicant Tracking? I have created a report to show me all active job postings and some specifics on each. I would like to show Job Pools listed for each posting in the report, but there is not a field option for this. Anyone have ideas on how to obtain this?
The option to show job pool list is only available in a report for Hires to display the job pool for hired candidates. However, you can make a custom SQL report to show them. We recommend you reach out to the Designated Contact Support of your district so that they can work with PowerSchool Support to get the custom report made.
I have Applicant Tracking and have saved searches, but where do I find Reports? I'd like to find averages if possible; such as average live postings per month, per department, etc. Any help would be great!
if you don't have reports you are going to have to contact your HR / IT support of the software. That is a security group that has access to reports.
