Report Works asks for username and password

I am trying to create a letter in report works for truancy and absences. When I launch ReportWorks it asks for a username and password. My powerschool username and password doesn't work. What username and password do I use?

ReportWorks reports can only be opened by the account that created them, so there is likely a "ReportWorks" account somewhere in the system that was setup so that anyone could use it. You'll have to search the Staff accounts until you find it like any other user. Start with something obvious like Works, Report or Report, Works.
