Report Codes

I have report codes from SmartFind that are not matching with our employee database, Everest.  I need to find out if we can get tech support to update the codes in SmartFind to match those carrying over into our absence reporting program. 

For instance, a bereavement code in SmartFind is carried over as a personal necessity code which is then triggering an error message.

Hi @Amy_Gallegos

You would need to reach out to your District Operator to have it added into SmartFind Express if it's missing.  You can also check with your System of record (HR team) to have the new code added.
