I could not attend the office session and was sent email today for the recording, it says cannot access?

I am unable to view the Applicant Tracking Enterprise Office Hour recordings even though I have registered for the webinar series and receive the emails with the recording links. I keep receiving the same error stated above. Could you please direct me in how to correct this error? Thank you!
