One of our students was accidentally transferred out. I have managed to re-enroll him however, none of his classes show up anymore. Is there anyway to add him to his classes again and retain the information already input. ie grades and attendance? If I simply enroll him again in the classes will a new record be made?
We have a plugin called Undrop Student Class Enrollment that we use to help with this.

It works great for accidental drops and for re-enrollments.
If you are enrolling in the same sections you shouldn't have issues, but this plugin helps prevent accidentally enrolling in the wrong sections after re-entry.

Hi,
I have the same situation now. I accidently dropped all the courses on a student. How should I undo this and back to normal? I tried to enroll her in the same section again, but the attendance became new record, no past record retained and the course status showed "partially dropped". Thanks
Hi,
I also have a counsellor who has made the same error. Is there a walk around?
When you re-enroll him in his classes, make sure that you enter him into the same class/same section, and enroll him using the original date that he was enrolled in the class... i.e. if your first day of school was August 20th, you should use 8/20/2025 as the date you are enrolling him back into the class. so,
1. Go to Modify Schedule
2. Enroll in a class
3. Add the same course/section that he was previously in
4. Set the entry date to match the original start date (the date that they first joined the class before being transferred out)
This will help powerschool align the new enrollment with existing gradebook entries. PowerTeacher Pro ties grades to section enrollment + student ID + term.
