For some reason I am unable to launch chat support. I was able to do this a few weeks ago but now it says that I do not have access to the feature. Why?

I have reached out to you via a Private Message to further discuss your access to the PowerSchool Community Launch Chat portal.
You can view your private messages inside the PowerSchool Community by selecting the envelope in the top right corner of any page in the Community to the right of your avatar. When a new message appears, you should see number one with a dark red circle on the envelope.

STILL unable to launch chat. Now all of my clearly desginated technical contacts cannot launch chat. What is going on?

Thank you for reaching out in the PowerSchool Community! Can you please provide more detail on your PowerSchool account working. Are you experiencing difficulty logging in, accesing a certain area, etc? Can you please clarify what you mean by PowerSchool not working? This way we can take a closer look into this issue for you.
I am having the same issue with not having access to the support chat. How do I gain access?

Thank you for posting your question in the Community.
I see that you had created your Community account recently and it take upto 24 hours for the access to get updated. I see that your Community access has been updated and you should now be able to launch a chat through Case Portal. Please let me know if you are still facing issues while accessing it.
