My canvas lessons and assignments are not syncing with PowerSchool.  I've reached out to derivita support and canvas support and they both say everything is fine on their end and I need to contact PowerSchool support.  Can you help me?

Hi @keala_howard

 

I recommend working with the technical contacts in your school district along with the PowerSchool SIS administrators who can create a support ticket with the PowerSchool SIS team on your behalf and get you connected with them.

 

They will be able to troubleshoot this issue further for you as they will be able to access your site to check the errors you are getting while syncing up your Canvas with PowerSchool and take a closer look at your setup.
