Hi,
I've tried several times to log in and the message I get is that my email address is already reserved. When I click on "forgot password" and enter my email, the message is that it will send me an email to reset it if my email address exists. I've tried many times today and no email has been sent to my lglavin@dciu.org email address to reset the password.
I've also tried calling customer service but no operators were available.
I need to log on for my course, so please any insight you can provide is greatly appreciated.

Good Day! I'd be happy to look further into this for you. Can you please let me know the name of the PowerSchool product into which you're unable to login?

You can reset your Schoology password by following this link: https://app.schoology.com/login/forgot
If you have already checked your folders in the mailbox including junk/spam and still not receiving the email to reset your password then I recommend reaching out to Schoology administrators in your school district who should be able to help you reset your password.
