Good Morning, I've been trying to get in contact with someone in sales all morning to speak with someone about our PowerSchool SIS account. I was given the name of our Account owner but when the number I was given is for a law firm in California and the email address is was given was undeliverable. Can someone from sales please contact me?

I am sorry to hear you are having difficulty with your calls and emails.

I wanted to share with you that Technical Contacts can locate their PowerSchool Contacts within the PowerSchool Community. This site explains how to use the feature. If you have issues with accessing "My Contacts", it is because your Community Account was created recently and it can take up to 24 hours for the access to be updated.
