A secretary put in a ticket because when she is looking at a student record and clicks Quick Lookup she is unable to use the teachers name (email link) under courses to initiate an email message to the teacher. What can I tell her to help her get this working?
Now that I read this I just tried it. When I go to Quick Lookup and click on my teacher, my email page comes up. I doing this on my Mac. I'll try it on PC, but another window did open to email her.
Thank you for replying. I think the teacher/secretary was using a personal device that had not set up an email account.
Ahhhh things never act like we won't on those devices. 🤣
