I have been granted Technical Contact rights in PowerSchool Support and Community however, Business Plus is not in my drop down menu options. I am also unable to submit cases. My tech representative has done all he is able to to remedy the situation. Can someone please assist me? I need to log a case for support on the 1095-C process that are due to employees today.

Thank you for reaching out in the PowerSchool Community! It can take up to 24 hours for your account to be updated in the Community after it was created. If you are still not able to access your resources after 24 hours, please let us know.
Also, this is a public forum where multiple people will have access to your private information. We recommend removing your phone number and email. We can also remove this information on your behalf. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

@NinaRi Thank you for the prompt response. I believe it has been 24 hours as we have been working on this since Friday. I also do not see a way to remove my email or phone number from my post, therefore, if you could do that on my behalf, I would appreciate it.

Thank you for your response. We have removed your personal information from the community. After reviewing this informaiton with my team, it appears you were added as a Technical Contact earlier today. Therefore, you should be able to access your account tomorrow morning.
