I have a staff member that cannot sign into Talent ED. We reset his password and tested his login and get the following error
We have tried several computers, several different browsers. I can access my own account so I know it's working, but this staff member cannot.
We see that you have been working with the PowerSchool Support Team and a new set of credentials has been shared with you. Can you have the user try to sign in again using the credentials that are shared via case?
