Hello,

I am trying to find a way to print all student IEP Progress Reports and all IEPs as a batch.
Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Thank you for providing the screenshot!  It appears you are using Special Education.

Please follow the steps below to print IEPs and IEP Progress reports in bulk.

Navigate to:

Home page> reporting> standard reports> new list report

(for type of information select "students) > Documents..." and "IEP"

Next, you will want to set up a selection criterion for the students in which you want to print progress reports
and choose finish editing

Choose "more..." > bulk print setup> click the checkbox for a progress report, then fill out the document selection criteria. ( Use the query of ID IS NOT EMPTY).  Here, the list of documents and students that met your criteria should populate and be available for bulk printing.

Thank you for reaching out in the Community!

We will be happy to look into this with you.  Would you provide the name of the product in which you are attempting to pull a report for IEP progress?  Are you using Special Education or PowerSchool SIS?

Thank you!!!

I am almost done. I just need to complete the selection criteria.

I am not sure what criteria I need to select if I want all students with an active IEP.

I did place a check on "Include Only 'Current Year Students' Students"

I entered the criteria

Last Name is not empty

I'm waiting to see if it populates the report.

How do I make only 1 Progress Report per page?

When you get to the last step,

You will have two options for the Print Method

1 - Print documents one at a time (if you want numbers to start at #1 for each document)

Choose this one. You will have to hit next each time to quickly get to the next document

2 - Print documents in one or more batches sized for your browser (if pages are of no concern)

I am finding that the bulk batch does not automatically create a page break when a new student document generates. Is there a setting I can adjust to insert a page break?

Hi @mlmelendez,

Bulk batch should print every document for a particular student on a new page by default. The format where a new student document prints in a new page should be visible when a preview of the batch print is generated. To see the preview of the bulk batch document, please click on the "print this document" option available at the top of the document page.

Hello,

Thank you for this helpful post.

I am following the directions you gave, however I get stuck after I select "Standard Reports".  The instructions say to select "new list report" but I don't see this option.

I have taken a screen shot to display what I see after selecting "Standard Reports".

Thank you!

Hi,

I'm not sure if it's an issue with rights/permissions?

This is the screenshot of what I see on my end

Hey @bkdavis04!

If the option to create a "New List Report" is not visible in your Special Education account, the reason might be that the required permission is not assigned with your account. I recommend reaching out to the Designated Support Contact within the district to assist you edit your account settings.

Hey @jamiem7

I am trying to create a report where I can print progress reports in bulk. I'm following you steps, but I'm stuck with this part. Can you tell me what to put in the selection criterion and/or which boxes to check below. Thanks!

Hi @JHLedbetter

The selection criteria depends upon what specific IEP records you want to be returned.
