Printing Health -- Office Visits -- by Summary & by Student

I am a School Nurse & we use PowerSchool to document clinic visits. Since the recent PowerSchool update, I am no longer able to populate or print a report on Health -- Office Visits -- Summary OR Health -- Office Visits -- Students.  Please advise on how to do this now?

Hi @Sjohnson1,

Thank you for reaching out to PowerSchool Community!

To assist you further would you please confirm which report were you using before the upgrade?  Was that a custom report?  To look into this further, we recommend reaching out to the Designated Support Contact within your School district who should be able to connect with the PowerSchool SIS Support team.

I would start with/click on: System Report --> sql reports --> Alerts/ Health --> Health -- Office Visits -- Summary --> enter starting date then ending date --> submit & populate a report

The steps for looking up a Health -- Office Visit by Student would work the same way but I could look up a single student and print a clinic visit to give to a parent.

Thank You for your help!!

Good morning! I literally just figured out how to print an Office Visit Report for one student.

Make sure you have Option B selected and add <th class="DCID">Student DCID</th> to the beginning of the Column Heading on the Report tab.

I've attached my screenshots to show you what I mean. I was able to print a report for a prior student in PDF!

Hopefully, this will work for you as well. Let me know! Have a great weekend!
