Print Jobs Loading Very Slowly

Print jobs for my secretaries and administrators in the main office take a long time to load on to their computers and sometimes they cannot even get the print jobs to print.  This is not a Wi-Fi issue as computers are hardwired to the internet.  This is only happening on their computers when trying to print from PowerSchool.  Any help would be appreciated.

We were having a similar issue, but ours was when printing transcripts from MBA reports. Chrome print preview would spin and spin. PS already had plans to migrate us to the Azure Central Region, after that happened and we refreshed our server, plus updated the MBA Reports plugin everything seems to be working better. It all happened around the same time, so I can't say what exactly fixed the issue.

Are you printing large pdf files, they can expand to a very large size on the queue/spooler. Also you said the same set-up as the other office, ensure you are not sending the print job across the VPN and back to the printer, that would be slow.
