This error generally occurs if there is an issue with the LDAP server of the district. Would you please disable LDAP and check if you are able to log in?
In case, you do not have the permissions, I would recommend that you reach out to your district admin and have them work with PowerSchool Support through a case so that they can look into the server setup.
