I am using Powerschool SIS and it seem that the "multi-select' function is no longer on the start page. Is it gone or moved?
I found it in Power Source. Will I need to go to System Settings and install the plugin? I've never done this. The multi-select" function was an option last year.

If you used to have it then it is possible that someone disabled the plugin and you can re-enable it. I do not know how your PowerSchool/building/district is set-up, but you likely have some sort of PowerSchool Admin or IT staff member who would do that sort of thing.
We just upgraded to 22.12.0 and while the multi-select function we added is working on the start page. It is not working in PowerScheduler. Is there a separate plugin for that? Thoughts?
The plugin should work with PowerScheduler; v3.1 of the plugin is on a test server running PS 23.1.0 and it works in PowerScheduler. There is currently v3.2 of the plugin on the Exchange, so update your plugin if you haven't yet.
How would we know? We turned off customizations and Multi-Select still doesn't show. If it was custom, wouldn't it show when we turned off customizations?
The multi-select plugin is a customization, so if you turn off customization it will disappear. You can click into a plugin on the Plugin Management Dashboard to see what resources it has installed. Looks like the Multi-Select installs a page fragment at:
It is possible there is another customization (plugin, page fragment, direct page customization, etc.) that is interfering with the multi select plugin. This is a question for your PowerSchool admin or district IT folks to work on, rather than an end-user (typically).
If your multi-select still works fine on the Live Side, remember that you can make a selection on the Live Side and go when you go into PowerScheduler, you will have the same students selected. You can use this as a work-around until someone can correct the issue.
