District is undergoing Single Sign-On change on Monday 6/6/22. I'm trying to place a case for support to update SAML/SSO settings for True North Logic. my PowerSchool Community account was created earlier in the month. The district's contact was contacted regarding my access and approved. I got a follow up from PowerSchool confirming this. I still can't enter a case.
