I am trying to get support for issues with the Performance Matters App and attendance uploads via the QR Codes. I have encountered sizing issues with the Badges, day identification issues with the table tents, and participants receiving messages saying they are not registered for courses.
I have not been able to create a direct ticket for support, as each time I try it tells me that I am not "allowed" to access that option.
We have an account with PowerSchool-Schoology and Unified Talent, so I am in need of support for user issues outside of the community forum.
