Performance Matters Questions

I am trying to get support for issues with the Performance Matters App and attendance uploads via the QR Codes. I have encountered sizing issues with the Badges, day identification issues with the table tents, and participants receiving messages saying they are not registered for courses. 

 

I have not been able to create a direct ticket for support, as each time I try it tells me that I am not "allowed" to access that option. 

 

We have an account with PowerSchool-Schoology and Unified Talent, so I am in need of support for user issues outside of the community forum.

Can you confirm if you continue to receive an error message when trying to access support?  We see that you have a support case open and the PowerSchool Support Team is investigating this issue for you. 

 

Please let us know and we can take a closer look into your access level to submit support cases.
