I'm a hiring facilitator in higher ed, and I've been attempting to help our student services assistant gain consistent access to PeopleAdmin so that she can process student hires on campus. Any time we've received the email to reset the password, it gets reset, and she is logged into PeopleAdmin. The moment she logs out and attempts to log back in using the new password, her account is locked. Is anyone else having issues with this? Our internal departments have all said that they've exhausted any solutions, so any help would be greatly appreciated!
