PASSWORD RESET FOR CHALK/PLANBOARD

I have been unable to reset my password. I had the same email several years ago and lost password.  I am starting back at school with same email address but the password reset link email is never received. Love the Chalk/Planboard and want to continue to use this year.  CURRENTLY VERY FRUSTRATED AND DO NOT WANT TO FIND ANOTHER ONLINE LESSON PLAN SOURCE.
