Onboarding checklist not working

We are trying to onboard our first applicants through TalentEd and the checklists we assigned are not showing up for the applicants to complete.

Thanks for reaching out via the PowerSchool Community. It sounds like it might be a caching issue, so Erik Karlsson said he'd reach out to you directly to help.

We are experiencing the same, link isn't working, and when it is, the applicant can't see the assigned checklist. Can you please help us resolve asap? Thank you so much!

 Our LEA is also experiencing the issue with the Onboarding piece- candidates are not receiving the checklist that is clicked.

You would need to have the email enabled for users to get the message.
