Onboarding Deletions

Hello, 

I have run across a problem within ADW/Atrieve. We had received someone's onboarding but it was never processed due to them obtaining different employment. We cannot delete the onboarding out of atrieve since it is a rehire. Is there any suggestions or solutions on how to remove/delete rehire onboarding from your task list and just in general?

If you are looking to delete the Task that is still pending, you can use Task Maintenance to delete the same. If you are looking for something else then we would require more information, in order to protect your data privacy, we recommend reaching out to your district's Technical Contact. 

The Technical Contact should be able to reach out to the PowerSchool Support team on your behalf and assist you further with the troubleshooting steps.
