When looking at some of our candidates references, we are not seeing that they have been returned, even though the person who filled out the reference form received confirmation that they were completed. This is happening to quite a few of our candidates. Could someone help me figure out what might be happening?
One of the possible reasons would be using a custom reference form. You must use the standard reference form to send references out and receive them back.
