Hi Nina,

 

No, i'm still not able to access the insider videos. Could you please let me know what is to be done from my end? I've reset my password, activated the powersource account as well.

Certain community resources are only accessible by those who have the Designated Support Contact role at your school or district. As previously mentioned,  we have created a case on your behalf and will follow up with you in the case about your access.

Hi Ninari,

 

My role in the school is Data Specialist.

I'd like to get the Designated Support contact role. 

What is the next step that I should do to get the access.

@Reshma Are you able to assist me in gaining access to Insider and Community Forums?  I searched the forums for information and can not see the same thing other co-workers can.
