No verification email

Hi,

 

I have recently created the parent portal account and whenever I tried the login, it always returned the account verification is not done. No email received for validation and I ensured the spam folder too. I clicked on resend the email for account verification multiple times but still nothing received. Could you please help to get this issue resolved?

If you are not receiving a verification email, and have no email in spam folder, then this could be due to the customizations enabled by the district since the email configuration varies by district.  

 

We recommend reaching out to your school district to report this issue.  The School or District Administrators can work with PowerSchool Support to assist you further.
