If you are trying to reset the password of Parent Portal then we recommend reaching out to your district who should be able to assist you further. In case, you are looking to reset your password Enrollment account, then we recommend reviewing this article: Troubleshoot-Forgot-Password.
If you are still unable to reset your password then we recommend reaching out to the Enrollment Support Team.
