Is there a way to import data for the Parent Consent field under student profile instead of having to go into each student's account and change the drop down from "parent has not authorized release of records" to "parent has authorized release of records"?

Currently, we do not have a way to import data for the Parent Consent field under student profile need and recommend adding your request as an Enhancement Request. 

You can log this as an Enhancement Request on PowerSchool Ideas Portal so that the product team can take a look at this. This article should walk you through how to raise an Enhancement Request.
