NAVIANCE - "NULL NULL" for letter of recommendation submission
When I request a letter of recommendation from a teacher, it AUTOMATICALLY says "null null" instead of the teacher's name after request. usually, it says submitted by (teacher's names)
I am sorry to hear that you are facing an issue with your LOR submission. In order to troubleshoot this issue further we will have to take a look at your account and site configurations and I recommend reaching out to your teacher who can connect with the Naviance team through a support case.
