We changed cities (from Houston to Dallas) and I enrolled my children in the school district that corresponds to them, FRISCO ISD, and although my youngest daughter is already attending school from the first day, my son who is going to enter tenth, still They don't accept it, and they don't answer my messages, the only thing they told me was that I should keep getting an email from them, is this normal?

Please someone help me, he has already spent his first 4 days without going to school
