Hi there,
I am trying to print a one off cheque in our finance system, but it won’t print. I am able to print each week, but not this one off process. It acts like it went through, but doesn’t print. I had to e-print it to myself and then print it off. It should do it directly from the system. I am new in this position and I was having trouble printing 2 weeks ago my APR, but that is resolved now. I now can't print for a one off cheque - not going through the whole APR system.
Please advise.
