I have a course fee that is showing due in the student's account. The fee shows on the receipt after collecting payment, but when I generate a transaction report that fee isn't showing as collected.
I am having the same issue with a class fee. Have you figured out a solution?
I have not figured it out yet. I have a call out to a subcontractor who has previously helped us with PowerSchool. If he figures something out I will let you know.
