Message Column vanished

Hi,

Hope everyone is doing really well. I am a High School Mathematics teacher in China and our school just upgraded to a new version of PowerSchool. I am really confused as to why I cannot see the messages column on the main page of PowerSchool anymore. Can someone please point out how I can see the column again or be able to re-enable it using some setting(s) (which I haven't been able to find!!!). I would really appreciate any help. Providing a snapshot of how my main page looks now:

Hi @asharhaque,

To assist you further, would you please let us know which message column were you referring to on the main page? Is it the PowerteacherPro main page or the PowerSchool SIS admin view main page?  Also, would you please work with your Technical Contacts within your school district to see if this is caused by any customizations?
