Master Report of Course Information for Scheduling?

Hi! Is there a way to export all of the course information fields (specifically preferences) in a catalog so I can review them at once instead of clicking through every course one-by-one to view load options, credits, etc.?

You can do an export from the Courses table in DDE. If you are looking for something specific post some more info and mayhap we can help.

Thank you. I assume if I do this in DDE the table is just Courses? Is there any way to make a report so I don't have to fill in the fields again in DDE every year? I am new to Powerschool and only mildly familiar with DDE. I would want a report of every field under Course Preferences essentially, including active and inactive courses so I can clearly see if anything is not active that should be.

I think I figured it out. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction! I will save the list of field names into a note for next year.

Check out Enterprise Reporting, too. There are many you can get from the Exchange on PowerSource as well.

If you are looking for the course preferences from the PowerScheduler side there is a report in PowerScheduler you can run. PowerScheduler > Reports > Course List.

Thanks! I am looking for more detail than that though, and also the inactive courses so I can see what may be missing.
