I am no longer able to login in to PowerSchool SIS. It continually tells me I've had unsuccessful attempts & to contact my school directly which I have and they have reset my password multiple times but still I cannot login. I am an admin assistant/special ed secretary. All week I have not been able to access.
I am happy to assist, can you please provide more information on the PowerSchool SIS portal that you are trying to log in to? Is it the Parent/Student Portal or the Teacher Portal or the Admin Portal?
I recommend reaching out to another PowerSchool Student Information Systems Admin to reset your password. If it does not work even after resetting your password, I recommend reaching out to one of the Designated Support Contacts of your school district who should be able to work with PowerSchool Support.
You may have had so many unsuccessful log in attempts that your account is now locked. It is not enough to reset your password. The administrator needs to unlock your account.
